Space Coast People Solutions (SCPS) was established in 2023 by Dr. Gloria L. Weatherspoon, a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with a vision to utilize her 25 years of employee engagement, leadership, and workforce development experience, to provide exceptional specifically tailored workforce solutions to clients. Dr. Weatherspoon laid the groundwork for what would become an organization that placed a targeted emphasis on strategic internal and external engagement solutions that promote employee retention, community engagement, and business growth.

Transition and Evolution

In 2022, following Dr. Weatherspoon's retirement from the Air Force, she recognized the opportunity to build partnerships with corporations on the Space Coast and abroad that connected companies with local talent and the development of current talent all while continuing to build organizational cultures and make the Space Coast Businesses the first choice for potential residents and growing the local economy.

Community Commitment

From our headquarters in Rockledge, Florida, SCPS is deeply committed to giving back to the community. As a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we have actively participated in civic and charitable organizations throughout the Space Coast. This includes partnerships with esteemed institutions such as the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce, Lead Brevard, and local charities across the entire space coast.
