About

Nella Ciciulla-Albrecht is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the President/Owner of Bella Mental Health Services. She is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Northcentral University, with her dissertation focused on co-parenting treatment programs. Nella holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University (2015) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology (2011). She is also a Qualified Supervisor for mental health counselors with the Florida Department of Health.

With a proven track record in leadership, operational excellence, and organizational development, Nella has an exceptional ability to understand and address community needs. Her credentials include Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, Clinical Forensic Neuroscience-Informed Practitioner (CFNIP), Child Custody Evaluator, Court-Appointed Juvenile Competency Evaluator, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, and Qualified Parenting Coordinator. She is recognized for her expertise in forensic mental health and is a valued Forensic Expert for the 18th Judicial Circuit in Brevard County, where she also serves individuals in surrounding areas.

A strong advocate for innovation and collaboration, Nella is trained in facilitating Collaborative Law cases, contributing to the growing Collaborative Law movement. Alongside her private practice, she is an Adjunct Professor at the Florida Institute of Technology, where she teaches undergraduate Psychology courses, inspiring future professionals in the field.

Beyond her professional commitments, Nella values personal growth and lifelong learning. She enjoys traveling, exploring new opportunities for her businesses, and spending quality time with her husband and children.
