I spent more than 20 years in corporate HR and talent leadership, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer of a $1.5 billion organization. I've seen firsthand what happens when companies grow faster than their people systems can support, and I built The Talent Development Group to close that gap before it costs a company its best people.

I work as an independent talent strategist and fractional Chief People Officer for growth-stage and PE-backed companies, with particular focus on Brevard County's aerospace, defense, and technical sectors. People problems are people problems no matter the industry, but I've learned that technical, skeptical teams need a partner who speaks their language, not a consultant who hands out frameworks and walks away.

That's not how I work. I get in, I get my hands dirty, and I'm with you throughout the engagement. If you're successful, I'm successful. If you're not there yet, we keep working together until you are.

I hold SPHR certification and a Master's in Organizational Development. Outside of client work, I serve as Director of Fund Development for the Junior League of the Space Coast and I'm active in the Space Coast Chamber and WeVenture communities.
