About Us

Animal Fitness is a family-owned martial arts fitness center located in Indian Harbor Beach, Florida.

We feature two fitness studios: Felina’s Women’s Self-Defense which is a private women’s only studio offering Self-Defense, Circuit Classes and Indoor Cycling and Crocodile Grappling, which offers Judo, Sambo, No Gi Grappling, Cardio / Conditioning and Striking classes.

At Animal Fitness, we are passionate about martials arts and love sharing our knowledge and experience with our students!

Class Descriptions

Women’s Self Defense - We offer a private women’s only training studio which focuses on self-defense training. Train comfortably with women while learning how to defend yourself. Our classes focus on stand-up fighting, kickboxing, self-defense moves from chokes, grabs, and multiple attackers.

Indoor Cycling - Our Indoor Cycling Program is cardio focused and features endurance, strength, and interval training. Taught by our certified Spin instructor.

Circuit Training - We offer a full body circuit class which focuses on weight training and cardio exercises. Individual exercises are timed and performed at rotating stations. A great class for weight loss and muscle strength.

Sambo - Our Sambo program features striking, take-downs, submission, wrestling and conditioning. Did you know that former UFC Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is also a two-time world Sambo Champion? Classes are taught by our experienced Sambo instructor and are registered under the United States Sambo Association.

Judo - Judo, the Martial Art of throwing your opponent. Our Judo program practices techniques which include throws, sweeps, groundwork and randori (live sparring). Classes are taught by our Judo black belt and registered under the United States Judo Association.
