Kids in the Kitchen is a come – and – go free health expo for the Brevard County Community. Our family friendly event showcases how kids and their families can eat smart and make healthy lifestyle choices. This event is recommended for kids ages 5-12 and their families. Hosted by the Junior League of the Space Coast (formerly Junior League of South Brevard), Kids in the Kitchen is grounded in the belief that children and families empowered with the knowledge of how to feed and exercise their bodies will be less likely to become obese and subsequently suffer the many associated health risks.


This year the Junior League of of the Space Coast is excited to bring Kids in the Kitchen to the Wickham Park Community Center on Saturday, April 29th from 10am to 2pm. The address for the Community Center is: 2815 Leisure Way, Melbourne, FL 32935 This event is geared towards children aged 5-12 and their families and it completely FREE for all to attend! T

his year KITK will feature interactive tables in an expo-style setting featuring healthy foods and cooking demonstrations, healthy wellness activities, and educational information on health and safety. All of the vendors are local to our Space Coast community and are excited to bring information about health and wellness to the youth and families in Melbourne! 


**Please note: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian!
