Hundreds of youth and families in Brevard County, Florida are currently experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness and are in need of financial assistance due to the National Housing Crisis.
Currently, in Brevard County, there are 149 unaccompanied youth, 979 individuals and families living in shelters, 104 individuals and families living out of their cars, 101 individuals and families living in hotels and 327 in motels.
Eckerd Connects Family Support Services offers Rapid Re-Housing as an intervention designed to help individuals and families quickly exit homelessness or are at risk of homelessness through move-in assistance and case management.
Eckerd Connects Prevention Services provides youth services in 13 public schools, working with grades 3-12. Offering life skills lessons, small groups, and individual goal planning to strengthen each individual child, along with many other supportive services.
TOGETHER, we make a "Perfect Pair" to help strengthen individuals and families in our community! All proceeds will benefit children, youth, and families served annually by Eckerd Connects Brevard Family and Prevention Services.
